The menu created by renowned chef Ricardo Cardona, is a modern nod to some traditional favorites from Latino-centric stomping grounds around the globe. Featured are a variety of international dishes with familiar tastes from the Caribbean, South and Central America, and Europe. Many Latin staple plates such as Fish, Meat, and Poultry are not forgotten but heightens in a manner that satisfies and seduces tastebuds.
